Peace, Be Still

September 15, 2017

I do not know for whom this is intended, but He does.  I am not aware of the individual storms that may be stirring, but He is.  What is on my heart today to declare is…

“Peace, be still.”

There is a perfect peace that passes understanding and trespasses worry’s boundaries.  There is a peace that conquers enemy attacks.  There is a peace whose Prince has calmed every raging sea.  It is the peace of God.

Peace.  Be still.

Choose to still and quiet your soul today in the knowledge of who He is.  Choose to fix your eyes on Him who gave us His peace.  His peace that no storm can stand against, His peace that no devil can come against.

I speak peace to you today.  Perfect, wonderful, powerful…peace.

O Lord my God, I choose to rest in Your perfect peace, because I choose to keep my mind on You today.  No matter what storms may pop up, You are my peace.  I will be still and know that You are God.  In Jesus’ Name.  Amen.
